Ten talented three-year-olds have been included in nominations for Saturday’s featured Group 3 San Domenico Stakes (1100m) at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse; highlighted by the inclusion of some of the Spring Carnival’s most exciting prospects.

Winning a Moonee Valley minor over 1000m by more than three lengths on debut in December, Headwater returned this year for success in the Group 2 Silver Slipper (1100m); progressing to third in the Todman Stakes before placing a credible fifth in the Golden Slipper.

Having taken out the TAB.com.au Maiden (1100m) on debut on March 19th, the Snitzel colt returned to the paddock after boxing on for third in the Group 3 Kindergarten Stakes (1100m) on Day 1 of The Championships.
The 2015 San Domenico Stakes final field and barrier draw is due to be completed and released by midday, Wednesday.
